Enrollment & Payment
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment. Course fees must be paid before the start date. We accept payment via bank transfer and cash. Prices are quoted in Mexican Pesos (MXN) unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable. In case of medical emergency, a credit toward a future course may be issued at our discretion.
Course Schedule & Holidays
Classes follow the Mexican public holiday calendar. No classes are held on official holidays. Missed classes due to school closures for public holidays are not refundable or transferable.
Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain a respectful and cooperative attitude toward teachers and fellow students. The school reserves the right to dismiss any student whose behavior is disruptive, discriminatory, or harmful to others.
Accommodation
Accommodation arrangements are separate from course fees. Cancellation policies for accommodation may differ. Please contact us for specific accommodation terms.
Liability
Chichén Itzá Language School is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings on school premises or during school activities. Students participate in excursions and activities at their own risk.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Current terms will always be available on our website.
